Cancellation & Refund

Booking Cancellation

12 hours or more before class — credits are returned in full.
Less than 12 hours before class, or a no-show — credits are forfeited. Bookings can’t be cancelled once class has started.
If the studio cancels a class, your credits are returned automatically.

Credits are sold as prepaid packages usable for any class.
Validity begins on your first check-in and lasts for the stated period.
Credits can be used for classes up to their expiry date. Buying a new package extends credits you have already started using.
Unused credits expire and are non-refundable or transferable.
Injury, illness or extended travel: contact us with supporting evidence (e.g. a medical certificate) and we may extend your credits’ validity by up to 30 days per request, at the studio’s discretion.

Prepaid packages are non-refundable and can’t be exchanged for cash.
The only exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge, which we refund in full once verified.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days: card payments back to the same card (your bank may take a few more days to show it); PromptPay or bank transfer payments to a bank account in the payer’s name.
When a package is refunded, its credits are removed from your account.
Please contact us first if there’s a problem with a charge — we’ll sort it out faster than a bank dispute.
