Cancellation & Refund

Booking cancellation

• 12 hours or more before class — credits are returned in full.
• Less than 12 hours or a no-show — credits are forfeited.

Credits & validity

• Credits are sold as prepaid packages usable for any class.
• Validity begins on your first check-in and lasts for the stated period.
• Unused credits expire and are non-refundable or transferable.

Package refunds

Prepaid packages are non-refundable, except for a duplicate/incorrect charge or a class cancelled by the studio. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
