This policy explains how Recollective Co., Ltd (“Reset Studio”) collects and uses your personal data, in line with Thailand's PDPA.

Information we collect

  • Name, nickname, phone, date of birth, gender
  • Your LINE user ID (login & notifications)
  • Optional health notes you choose to share
  • Booking, check-in and payment history

Payments

Card and PromptPay payments are processed securely by Omise. We do not store full card numbers.

How we share data

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that run our service: LINE, Supabase (hosting), and Omise (payments).

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request to access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent — email resetstudio.bkk@gmail.com.
