By booking classes or purchasing packages from Reset Studio (Recollective Co., Ltd), you agree to these terms.

Bookings & Credits

Classes are booked using prepaid credits. Packages are non-refundable except for a duplicate or incorrect charge. Full cancellation and refund terms are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Credit Usage & Validity

• Each package's credits are valid for the number of days shown on the package, counted from your first check-in. Packages with no stated validity period remain usable until you close your user account.
• Credits can be used only on the resetstudiobkk.com platform and only from your own account. Credits cannot be transferred to another user or account, and can be used only by the account that purchased them.
• Credits cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash.

Please inform your instructor of any injury or condition, and participate within your own limits.
